Ape Tactics Terms and Conditions

This Privacy Policy outlines how Ape Tactics ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information of users ("you" or "users") when accessing or using our online SaaS product ("the Service") that integrates with the YouTube v3 Data API. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  1. YouTube Data

    Ape Tactics makes use of YouTube API Services in order to deliver sservice to you. As such, by agreeing to out Terms and Conditions and this privacy policy, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service along with Google Privacy Policy. Ape Tactics does not use, collect, or store any personal data from the user as it pertains to their YouTube account, but in the course of normal operation will store:

        • 1. Channel Name
        • 2. Channel Thumbnail and Banner image URLs
        • 3. YouTube Access Tokens
        • 4. A history of comments identified as Spam or Scams

        1.1. Security Measures:
          We protect your YouTube access tokens by following the security practice of encrypting your tokens while they are in our data store. These tokens are only decrypted in memory and never written to any storage. Once decrypted, your tokens are not sent over any network connection other than with our secure connection provided by YouTube in the standard and intended use of the YouTube Data API.


  2. Use of the Service
        2.1. Eligibility: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and comply with these Terms

        2.2. Service Access: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.


  3. User Obligations
        3.1 Account Creation: Features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

        3.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

        3.3 Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm, interfere with, or impair the Service or its underlying infrastructure, or that violate these Terms.

        5.2 YouTube API Data: To use the Service, Ape Tactics integrates with the YouTube v3 Data API, you acknowledge and agree that the collection and processing of data obtained from the YouTube API are subject to YouTube Terms of Service and any other applicable policies, including, but may not be limited to, the Google Privacy Policy

  6. Limitation of Liability
        To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

  7. Modifications to the Terms
        We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your consent to the updated Terms.

  8. Termination
        We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without cause and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, or any applicable laws or regulations.

  9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
        These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Great Britain.
